• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
• Only purchases from authorized distributors or the official website are eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or clearance.
• Expired products.

3. Return Process

2. Receive a return authorization number (RMA).
3. Ship the product back. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to a company error.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee up to 10% may be applied.

5. Distributor Returns

• Unsold inventory may be returned within 30 days.
• Must be in resalable condition.
• Buyback available upon termination per agreement and local laws.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please report within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund as needed.
